This strawberry balsamic vinaigrette is the perfect balance of fresh, sweet, and tangy—made with real strawberries and simple ingredients you can actually recognize. It’s light, smooth, and adds a bright pop of flavor that takes any salad from basic to something you actually look forward to eating.

Unlike most store-bought vinaigrettes that are loaded with added sugars, seed oils, and preservatives, this homemade version keeps things clean while still delivering bold flavor. The natural sweetness from ripe strawberries pairs perfectly with the richness of balsamic vinegar, creating a well-balanced dressing that doesn’t overpower your food.

Blended together with a quality oil and a touch of low-carb sweetener (if needed), this vinaigrette has a smooth texture and a vibrant color that looks just as good as it tastes. It works especially well on spinach or arugula salads, but it’s just as good drizzled over grilled chicken, shrimp, or roasted vegetables.

One of the biggest benefits of making your own vinaigrette is control—you decide exactly how sweet, tangy, or rich you want it. You can keep it lighter for a refreshing salad dressing or adjust the oil ratio for a slightly richer finish.

If you’re looking for a fresh, homemade dressing that skips the hidden ingredients but keeps all the flavor, this strawberry balsamic vinaigrette is an easy upgrade you’ll keep coming back to.
