Ingredients

  • 1 (50 oz) can cut green beans, well drained
  • (or substitute 4 standard 14.5 oz cans — also drained)
  • Use regular cut, not French-style — they hold up better and don’t get mushy.
  • 1½ cups Victor’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 Cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 cup Crispy Keto Fried Onions
  • 1 Tbsp meltedbutter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with avocado oil
  1. Drain canned green beans thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels to prevent excess liquid.
  1. In a large yellow bowl, combine green beans, condensed soup, heavy cream, liquid aminos, black pepper, and seasoned salt. Stir until everything is evenly coated. Leave our cream for thicker texture.
  1. Spread mixture into the casserole dish and top evenly with shredded cheddar.
  2. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and slightly golden around the edges.
  1. Sprinkle your Crispy Keto Fried Onions evenly on top.
  2. Drizzle lightly with melted butter
  3. Return to oven for 5–8 minutes, just until the topping is deep golden and crisp. (Watch carefully — keto coatings brown fast.)
  1. Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving so it thickens and sets up beautifully.
  1. For even richer flavor, stir in ¼ cup sautéed mushrooms or a few slices of crisp bacon before baking.
  1. If you’re making it ahead, bake without the onions, refrigerate, then reheat and add the crispy topping fresh at the end.
  1. Leftovers reheat perfectly in the oven at 350°F for 10–12 minutes — still crunchy!
