Smoky Keto Homemade BBQ Sauce
This smoky keto BBQ sauce is rich, tangy, slightly sweet, and loaded with deep barbecue flavor without the sugar bomb of store-bought sauces. A little real molasses gives it that classic old-school BBQ taste, while smoked paprika, liquid smoke, Worcestershire, butter, and warm spices make it bold enough for ribs, pulled pork, chicken, burgers, meatloaf, or dipping.
It’s low-carb, easy to make in one saucepan, and tastes even better after it chills overnight. If you’ve been missing a thick, flavorful barbecue sauce on keto, this one brings the smoke, sweetness, and tang back to the table.
