These Low-Carb Chocolate Protein Bars are rich, chewy, and taste more like a candy bar than a “healthy snack.” Made with almond flour, peanut butter, whey protein, and a smooth dark chocolate topping, they’re packed with protein and healthy fats while staying low in net carbs. Perfect for meal prep, post-workout snacks, or those times you want something sweet without the sugar crash.

Unlike many store-bought protein bars loaded with questionable ingredients and hidden sugars, these homemade bars use simple, real-food ingredients you can actually recognize. The texture is soft and satisfying, the chocolate topping has the perfect balance of richness and sweetness, and they come together with no baking required.
