These cottage cheese gelatin tortillas are a simple, high-protein, low-carb alternative to traditional wraps. Made with just a few real-food ingredients, they bake into soft, flexible tortillas that are perfect for tacos, wraps, or even quick flatbread pizzas.

The combination of cottage cheese, eggs, and gelatin creates a surprisingly sturdy texture that holds up well to fillings while staying light and satisfying. Unlike many low-carb tortillas that crack or fall apart, these are designed to be thin, bendable, and easy to work with.

They’re naturally low in carbs, packed with protein, and incredibly versatile—making them a great option for anyone following a keto, low-carb, or high-protein lifestyle. Why You’ll Love This RecipeHigh in protein and low in carbsSoft, flexible, and rollableMade with simple, real-food ingredientsNo flour, grains, or glutenGreat for tacos, wraps, and meal prepWatch the Video for Exact Textures & Success: https://youtu.be/EAN0_SCns48
