Keto Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Zero sugar Reese's peanut butter cups that taste like the real thing: a creamy peanut butter filling in a sugar-free dark chocolate shell.
Make 12 regular cups, or 24 smaller ones (use 1 1/2 chocolate bars and 3 tbsp butter for 24 or for dipping). Store in the fridge up to a week.

Keto Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
Peanut butter filling
- 2 cups peanut butter powder
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 3/4 cup natural peanut butter, warmed
- 3/4 cup powdered sweetener (I like Magic Baker)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Heaping 1/4 tsp salt
Chocolate shell
- 1 (4 oz) Lily's sugar-free dark chocolate baking bar
- 2 1/2 tbsp butter (or half butter, half coconut oil)
Instructions
- For the shell, melt the chocolate and butter in a pan over medium-low heat until smooth.
- Spray a 12-cup silicone muffin pan with avocado oil. Spoon chocolate into each cavity to just cover the bottom, and chill. Take the remaining chocolate off the heat.
- Stir the melted butter and warm peanut butter together. Mix in the sweetener, vanilla and salt.
- Stir in the peanut butter powder until it comes together like a dough.
- Divide into 12 (or 24) portions and press firmly into each cavity over the chocolate.
- Rewarm the remaining chocolate and spoon it over the tops.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour, then pop them out of the pan. Dip in more chocolate if you like.
