Keto Peanut Butter Thumbprint Cookies (Peanut Butter Blossoms)
A classic holiday cookie made low carb and sugar-free. These are soft, buttery and finished with a sugar-free chocolate kiss or a little low-sugar jam.
The cream cheese is optional; we liked them better without it, more like a peanut butter cookie.

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup peanut powder
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (optional, for a moister cookie)
- 1/2 cup powdered sweetener
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Sugar-free chocolate kisses or low-sugar jam, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the butter, cream cheese (if using) and powdered sweetener until combined. Add the egg yolk and vanilla and mix well.
- Add the peanut powder, almond flour, salt and baking powder. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop and roll into small balls, form into cookies on the baking sheet, and press a print into the middle of each.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, until the edges are set and slightly golden. Cool on the sheet about 5 minutes.
- While still warm, press a chocolate kiss into each center (or fill with jam). Cool completely on a wire rack. Enjoy!
