Keto Mashed "Potatoes" (Radishes, Not Cauliflower)
Can't imagine meals without mashed potatoes? The secret ingredient in these keto mashed potatoes is radishes, not cauliflower. They're fluffy, creamy and taste remarkably like the real deal.
Make them rustic, or peel the radishes and add mashed potato extract for a traditional version. Serve with keto meatloaf and keto brown gravy.
