Craving that sweet-and-savory honey chicken from the mall, without the carbs, sugar or MSG? This keto version is a healthy twist on a takeout favorite, served over cauliflower fried rice.

The chicken gets "velveted" with baking soda, salt and arrowroot so it stays tender. Let it rest in the fridge as long as you can stand it, at least 25 minutes.

Honey chicken

  • 1 1/2–2 lbs chicken breast

Instructions

Sauce

  1. Combine all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
