Keto Honey Baked Ham (Zero Sugar, Crock Pot)
My heavenly keto ham: a zero sugar copycat of honey baked ham, slow cooked in the crock pot, then glazed and broiled until bubbly and caramelized.
It's perfect for holiday dinners and backyard barbecues, served hot or cold.

Keto Honey Baked Ham (Zero Sugar, Crock Pot)
Ingredients
- 7–8 lb bone-in half ham or spiral ham
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 tbsp keto honey
Glaze
- 1 1/2 cups Magic Baker sweetener
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp allspice
Instructions
- Cut the ham as shown in the video (or use a spiral ham) and put it in the crock pot.
- Combine the melted butter and keto honey and brush it all over the ham, getting in between the slices.
- Cover and cook on low 4–5 hours.
- Mix the glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- With 5 minutes left, preheat the broiler to high and line a roasting pan with heavy-duty foil.
- Move the ham to the pan, pat half the glaze mixture over the top, and broil a few minutes until bubbly and caramelized.
- In a small saucepan, combine the remaining glaze mixture with 3–4 tbsp of ham juices from the crock pot. Boil about a minute.
- Brush the glaze all over the ham and broil another minute or two, watching so it doesn't burn.
- Wrap and rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
