Keto Coffee Rub & Coffee Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Keto Coffee Rub & Coffee Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

↓ Jump to Recipe

Two keto coffee recipes you don't drink: a bold coffee rub for meat, and a creamy coffee chocolate chip ice cream with no added sugar.

Allulose keeps the ice cream soft. You can use another sweetener and the gelatin and xanthan will keep it smooth, but you'll need to let it sit on the counter 15–25 minutes before scooping.
