Keto Brown Gravy & Keto Mashed "Potatoes"
All the comfort of a holiday feast with none of the carbs. These are the creamy keto mashed "potatoes" and rich brown gravy I served with my juicy turkey breast.
Made with cauliflower and a little mashed potato extract, the mash tastes remarkably like the real thing. If you can, refrigerate it for 24 hours to mellow the flavor even more.

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Keto mashed potatoes

Instructions
Gravy
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then whisk in the keto flour. Whisk 1–2 minutes until lightly golden and bubbly.
- Slowly pour in the beef broth while whisking to avoid lumps.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer 5–7 minutes, whisking occasionally, until it thickens.
- Stir in the Worcestershire, garlic powder and onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Mashed potatoes
- Cook the cauliflower rice according to the package directions.
- Transfer to a pot and cook until all the liquid has evaporated, then add the lemon juice.
- Add everything else and blend with an immersion blender to your desired consistency.
