High-Protein Coffee Creamer
This homemade High-Protein Coffee Creamer is a simple way to add extra protein to your morning coffee without loading it up with heavy cream or sugar. Made with Fairlife 2% milk and whey protein isolate, it stays smooth, creamy, and pourable while delivering about 2.4 grams of protein per tablespoon. A touch of vanilla and allulose gives it classic coffee-creamer flavor, while xanthan gum helps create that rich texture you expect from a bottled creamer. Make a batch once and keep it refrigerated for an easy, lower-fat creamer you can use all week.
