Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 servings Chocolate Keto Chow (1 1/2 scoops or packets)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup powdered keto sweetener
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust (for the pie versions)
  • Keto whipped cream or grated sugar-free chocolate, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, warm the heavy cream and almond milk until warm but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
  2. Whisk in the Keto Chow, sweetener and cocoa powder until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Remove from the heat and cool about 5 minutes. Stir in the Greek yogurt and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. For mousse, serve now or let it set in the fridge 1 hour to thicken more.
  5. For pudding pie, pour into the pre-baked crust, smooth the top and refrigerate 1–2 hours until set.
  6. For icebox cream pie, pour into the crust and freeze. Let it sit on the counter 10–15 minutes before eating.
  7. Top with keto whipped cream or grated sugar-free chocolate. Slice and enjoy!
